Candidature Grammy Awards 2017, trionfa Beyoncé con 9 nomination

Sono state rese note nelle scorse ore le candidature ai Grammy Awards 2017, che vengono assegnati ogni anno dalla National academy of recording arts and sciences, di cui fanno parte i principali protagonisti dell´industria musicale statunitense.

La cerimonia di premiazione di questa 59/a edizione dei premi si svolgerà il 12 febbraio 2017 allo Staples Center di Los Angeles.

A dominare le nomination è la popstar Beyoncé. L´artista americana ha incamerato ben nove candidature, compresa quella per il miglior album, con il suo ´Lemonade´.

Otto candidature sono invece andate a Drake, Rihanna e Kanye West. Segue con sette nomination Chance the Rapper, mentre Adele ne ha cinque. Quattro a Jack White.

"Così come in queste candidature sono presenti musicisti emergenti e sperimentali" ha dichiarato Neil Portnow, Presidente della Recording Academy "così ci sono artisti consolidati che continuano a sfornare successi, ma c´è anche chi abbraccia la libertà creativa che gli è stata concessa dal successo per intraprendere nuove strade."
